Jeff Gilane, BA, H.I.S. & Co-Owner

The cornerstone of Jeff's professionalism is built on his commitment to help the hearing-impaired lead a fuller life. By combining integrity and compassion, he naturally demonstrates a unique ability to explain the strategies of hearing improvement.
He understands the importance of taking the time to really listen to his patients. Jeff creates an environment where open and honest communication can take place and his patients can make decisions about their hearing needs without feeling rushed or pressured.
Jeff's knowledge in communication disorders has helped a wide range of patients with hearing loss. He provides screenings, a full battery of hearing tests, aural rehabilitation and has an expansive knowledge of medical hearing instruments. Jeff has dispensed and adjusted thousands of hearing instruments in his career and is an expert in early detection and treatment of hearing loss. He has been in the industry for over 18 years. He worked as a manager for several hearing aid companies where he hired & trained many Hearing Instrument Specialists and Audiologists over the years.

Raised in Wisconsin, Jeff, his wife Cynthia and dog Sadie reside in Caledonia, Wisconsin. Jeff graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in Mass Communication. At Parkland College - Illinois, Jeff received specialized training in Hearing Science and Aural Rehabilitation. He enjoys playing guitar, listening to music and watching his favorite sports teams in action. He is licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin and has had advanced training both locally and nationally.
Cynthia Gilane, BBA & Co-Owner, CEO

Cynthia's professionalism ensures that all patient needs are met in a timely manner. She started in the hearing healthcare industry more than 18 years ago. Cynthia is an expert in trouble shooting hearing aid problems and fixing those problems in-office or over the telephone.
​
Cynthia has a background in business management, is a precise thinker and communicator. She is a highly charismatic person with a knack for inspiring others and generating goodwill. Using her many years of experience in the industry, she balances daily operations with the company's long-term vision of helping those with hearing loss live a better quality of life through better hearing.

You will see Cynthia upfront greeting and assisting patients when she's not in the back office ensuring that the day-to-day business operations run smoothly. You might find Sadie in the back office sleeping under Cynthia's desk.

Cynthia graduated from Marion University - Fond du Lac with a bachelor's degree in business administration specializing in Operations Management. She has lived in Racine County for 31 years and is a former resident of Waterford. She enjoys cooking, reading novels, and watching true-crime documentaries.
